Guru Design specializes in stylish, handcrafted furniture sourced directly from manufacturers in the Far East and Asia. Their designs are modern and contemporary but feature the traditional deep rich colors that are characteristic of Indian furniture. Crafted from a fast-growing, sustainable hardwood called Sheesham found in India, each piece of furniture is completely individual, with a distinctive grain and rich color. Each piece is finished with a hand waxing process to produce a lustrous, durable finish that complements the wood’s natural grain.
