They offer three central styles as a starting point: Classic, inspired by the spirit of American elegance; Continental, rich and warm, European-inspired with an aged, antiqued look; and Modern, with a crisp and clean palette of high-gloss finishes, understated hardware and fresh, graphic fabrics.
More intimate and flexible than a factory, yet more capable than a small studio, Hickory Chair’s acclaimed North Carolina workroom is where craftsmanship combines with traditional, time-honored techniques as well as today’s most efficient technologies. Second- and third-generation craftsmen transform carefully sourced wood and textiles into some of the world’s finest made-to-order furniture.
