Longwood Center for the Visual Arts

The LCVA was established in 1978 by the Longwood Board of Visitors because of their understanding of the key relationship of the arts to a balanced education. This has allowed the LCVA to be a major source of entertainment throughout campus and the community of Farmville. The LCVA is responsible for all art exhibits on campus and maintains its own gallery on Main Street which features both local and nationally known artists. They also offer programs to a wide range of viewers about the arts.
