Cow Hides

Each cow hide is unique. Each has its own distinct color, pattern and swirls of texture. Hides are great for areas where space is limited. When working with hides, you don’t have to stick to any of the rules. Creativity is key. The occasional spot clean might be required, the variation of colors in the hides masks small spills and other wear and tear. These hides rarely shed and can stand up to most anything you can throw at it.

On Your Floor:

  • Layer it with other hides in the center of small living room
  • Layer on top of a Jute or geometric rug to center a dining area
  • Hang it on the wall and set off a specific corner of a room

Sheep Hides

The long wool fibers of sheep hides can warm up any room in your home. These hides vary slightly in size and shape and are available in combinations of 2, 4, or 6 to form a larger rug. Unlike cow hides, sheep hides tend to show a little more wear and tear from use and require occasional cleaning. They are available in either white or black

  • Place beside your bed for a plush start to the morning
  • On the back of a mid-century chair or sofa
  • Anchor a cozy reading nook
  • Layer on top of a flatweave
