One of the more remarkable details in the historic mansion, Monument by Green Front, is its library’s ceiling. Outfitted with ornate gold-framed tiles filled with golden angel faces — each one unique — and wings surrounded by a deep aquamarine, this one-of-a-king ceiling is absolutely breathtaking.
So breathtaking, in fact, that Den has decided to let it be the source of inspiration for the rest of the room. So what does that inspiration yield? Green-blue velvet wallpaper on the walls. Shining, metallic wallpaper that mimics the windows’ motifs behind the built-in shelves. Cozy + opulent + jaw-dropping.
