As custom furniture takes its place inside the drawing room at 2315 Monument Avenue, another transformation is happening underfoot.
In this behind-the-scenes look at Monument by Green Front, Den Cralle teams up with restoration expert Al Buczek to bring new life to the home’s original 1920s floors. Designed by William Lawrence Bottomley, the drawing room features what appears to be a lacquered composite floor — a material that’s now being meticulously sanded, prepped and considered for resealing.
