Alan Price, a designer representing Hancock and Moore Furniture, one of the top American made leather companies, will be giving a leather exhibition for Green Front customers this Saturday, June 1, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the courtyard between buildings #8 and #9 (Farmville Location).
About the Designer
Alan Price began his furniture career at the age of two as a furniture model. He spent years at furniture factories in his father’s shadow, and later became the president of his father’s company, William Alan. Price studied furniture design and marketing at High Point University in North Carolina. He currently operates his company, Mind Traveler, out of an old building that used to manufacture stained glass.
Before bringing his creative concepts to Hancock and Moore, Price designed for such names as Columbia Pictures, Hilton Properties, Ralph Lauren Home, Orvis and many more. Price brings a unique rugged appearance to the Hancock and Moore line, incorporating everyday inspirations into his work.
